Clear Channel Must Cough Up Payroll Records In ERISA Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (February 18, 2014, 8:51 PM EST) -- A Washington federal judge ordered advertising company Clear Channel Outdoor Inc. to produce management employees' payroll information in an Employee Retirement Income Security Act suit, saying Tuesday that a pension trust fund administrator wasn't limited to only reviewing records for unionized, participating employees.
