City Opera Opens Up To Creditors About Asset Sale Proposals

Law360, New York (February 19, 2014, 6:38 PM EST) -- New York City Opera Inc. on Wednesday reached an agreement with its creditors that will allow them access to documents related to five proposals the opera has received in regards to a "potential transaction" and asset sale.

The official committee of unsecured creditors had requested access to the documents in court filings in January and were met with a limited objection from the opera's attorneys.
