Sprint Nextel Loses Bid To Toss Patent Claims

Law360 (March 26, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The court overseeing patent-holding company Enovsys LLC's infringement suit against Sprint Nextel Corp. over two patents related to privacy safeguards for location-based cell phone services has rejected the defendants' motions for summary judgment, clearing the way for a trial to begin in May.
