Toyota Wins Stay For AIA Review In Patent Fight

Law360, New York (February 20, 2014, 2:27 PM EST) -- A Texas federal judge on Wednesday halted a portion of a suit against Toyota Motor Corp. until the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office can conduct an America Invents Act review of several patents it is accused of infringing.
