SEC Defends Internal Whistleblower Protections At 2nd Circ.

Law360, New York (February 20, 2014, 8:42 PM EST) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday made its case for broad whistleblower protections, telling the Second Circuit that the anti-retaliation provisions of the Dodd-Frank Act applied to both employees who internally report misconduct and those who take it to the commission.
