DOT Signs $670M Construction Grant For LA Transit Line

Law360, New York (February 20, 2014, 5:10 PM EST) -- Federal transit officials on Thursday signed off on a $670 million construction grant agreement to help build the Regional Connector light rail transit line in the heart of downtown Los Angeles.

The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Transit Administration has committed the $670 million to the LA Regional Connector project through its capital investment grant (new starts) program.
