Judge OKs More Discovery In FCRA Background Check Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (February 20, 2014, 6:46 PM EST) -- A New Jersey federal judge allowed further discovery Thursday in a putative Fair Credit Reporting Act class action accusing Canon Solutions America Inc. of unlawfully firing workers over criminal background check reports, saying more evidence could reveal attempts to hide the reports.
