9th Circ. Won't Restart Copyright Suit Over 'The Unborn'

Law360, New York (February 20, 2014, 7:11 PM EST) -- The Ninth Circuit said on Thursday it wouldn't rehear an appeal from an author who claims that Relativity Media LLC unit Rogue Pictures ripped off the plot for the 2009 horror film “The Unborn” from his unfilmed script.
