Alpha Media Files $38M Suit Over Failed Maxim Magazine Sale

Law360, New York (February 20, 2014, 8:11 PM EST) -- Alpha Media Group Inc. slapped Darden Media Group LLC with a lawsuit in New York court on Wednesday, seeking more than $38 million in damages stemming from Darden's alleged failure to make good on its agreement to buy Alpha's Maxim magazine last fall.
