Starbucks Settles With Vegan Eatery Over 'Evolution' Mark

Law360, New York (February 21, 2014, 9:40 PM EST) -- A California federal judge dismissed a trademark infringement case against Starbucks Corp. on Thursday after the coffee company settled with a Southern California vegan fast-food restaurant that had accused it of ripping off its logo and using it to market a line of organic juices and a chain of stores.
