Rolls-Royce Wins $182M Air Force Engine Support Contract

Law360, Los Angeles (February 21, 2014, 4:40 PM EST) -- British engine manufacturer Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC announced Friday that it has been awarded a $182 million contract to expand its support services for the U.S. Air Force's fleet of C-130J transport airplanes.

The agreement covers sustainment services for the Rolls-Royce AE 2100 engines that power the C-130J, or Super Hercules, transport aircraft, and also covers the nacelles and propellers on the planes.
