Pa. Contractors Sue Comcast Over Cable Installation Deals

Law360, Philadelphia (February 24, 2014, 2:04 PM EST) -- A Comcast division was hit with a lawsuit in Pennsylvania state court Thursday by two cable installation contractors who said the media giant stiffed them on payments and duped them on its future plans for work, which actually involved their competitors.

Cable Line Inc., based in Bucks County, and McLaughlin Communications Inc., based in Lackawanna County, accused Comcast Cable Communications of Pennsylvania Inc. of making late payments and withholding payments based on fraudulent data.
