FEMA Cautions Against Grouping Sandy Coverage Suits

Law360, New York (February 21, 2014, 5:16 PM EST) -- The Federal Emergency Management Agency told a New York federal court Tuesday that it might be wiser to litigate Superstorm Sandy coverage disputes individually rather then in groups, considering the agency's experience with insurance fights after Hurricane Katrina and other disasters.
