Superior Offshore's IPO Spurs Class Action

Law360, New York (March 26, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Superior Offshore International, Inc.'s legal woes increased Wednesday with the filing of another proposed class action that accuses the company and some of its officers and directors of conducting an initial public offering with a false and misleading registration statement and prospectus.
