Law360, New York (February 21, 2014, 6:25 PM EST) -- Walgreen Co., Nestle USA Inc. and several other food makers and vendors dropped their claims against National Food Corp. on Thursday in Pennsylvania multidistrict litigation accusing a slew of egg companies of operating a long-running scheme to limit production and drive up prices.
U.S. District Judge Gene E.K. Pratter signed off on the stipulated dismissal of the claims against the egg processing company with prejudice. All of the parties have agreed to pay their own attorneys' fees and costs, according to the order.
