Trenton's Mayor Mack Can't Stall Hearing On His Ouster

Law360, New York (February 21, 2014, 7:28 PM EST) -- A New Jersey judge on Thursday denied a request by Trenton Mayor Tony Mack, who was found guilty earlier this month of six conspiracy and fraud charges, to postpone a Wednesday office-forfeiture hearing so he could seek counsel.
