DOD Unveils Contract Restrictions For Tax Dodgers, Felons

Law360, Washington (February 21, 2014, 5:40 PM EST) -- The Department of Defense on Friday announced rules barring 2014 appropriation funds to contractors that have been delinquent in paying their federal taxes or have been convicted of a felony in the past two years, renewing a similar policy from last year.
