Firm That Bragged About PVC Win Sued For Libel

Law360, New York (February 24, 2014, 2:52 PM EST) -- PVC pipe maker J-M Manufacturing Co. sued Phillips & Cohen LLP for libel Friday in California court over a press release from the law firm touting a jury verdict in a J-M employee's qui tam suit alleging the company had ripped off countless municipalities with subpar piping.
