Law360, New York (February 24, 2014, 6:19 PM EST) -- After 13 years of war, the Department of Defense plans to cancel its next-generation Ground Combat Vehicle, scale back its littoral combat ship purchases and retire its fleet of A-10 aircraft while reducing the Army to its smallest size since before World War II, Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel said Monday.
