High Court Won't Hear FCA Suit Over Minn. Housing Contracts

Law360, New York (February 24, 2014, 8:30 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to revive a False Claims Act suit over St. Paul, Minn.'s contracts for federally funded low-income housing, preserving an Eighth Circuit decision that dismissed the suit because it was based on public information.
