Trenton Mayor Says Courts Can't Boot Him From Office Yet

Law360, New York (February 24, 2014, 4:19 PM EST) -- Trenton, N.J., Mayor Tony Mack, found guilty earlier this month of six conspiracy and fraud charges and agreeing to accept bribes to facilitate a municipal construction project, told a New Jersey state judge on Monday that it was too early to boot him from office since he has not yet been sentenced for his crimes.
