Texas Justices Asked To Revive $14M Sales Tax Refund Suit

Law360, Houston (February 24, 2014, 7:14 PM EST) -- A group representing 3 million Texas consumers asked the Texas Supreme Court on Friday to revive a class action seeking to recover $14.6 million in sales tax that it says consumers should have been reimbursed after receiving rebates from Best Buy Co. Inc. and others.
