NJ Capital's Mayor Thrown Out Of Office Post-Conviction

Law360, New York (February 26, 2014, 7:28 PM EST) -- Trenton Mayor Tony Mack’s tenure in City Hall ended Wednesday after a New Jersey judge ruled Mack automatically forfeited his right to hold public office when a jury recently convicted him of six conspiracy and fraud charges related to a construction bribery scheme.
