TV Networks Blast Aereo Before Supreme Court

Law360, New York (February 24, 2014, 7:24 PM EST) -- The nation's television networks fired the opening volley Monday in their bid to persuade the U.S. Supreme Court to shut down Aereo Inc.'s controversial online television service, saying the streaming startup goes against “the basic philosophy that copyright protection embodies.”
