WB Dodges 'Trouble With The Curve' Plagiarism Suit For Now

Law360, Los Angeles (February 24, 2014, 9:24 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Monday tentatively dismissed a copyright infringement suit brought by a producer who says Warner Bros. stole his script for its 2012 film "Trouble With the Curve,” saying the Clint Eastwood-directed movie and the allegedly infringed script are not substantially similar.
