Music Site Can't Shake Rhapsody Suit Over 'Napster' Mark

Law360, New York (February 25, 2014, 11:29 AM EST) -- A California federal judge on Monday denied a bid from the operator of a music streaming site known as to toss a trademark infringement and unfair competition suit over the infamous name brought by Rhapsody International Inc., ruling that his court was the proper venue for the case.
