AT&T Unit Can Pursue $32M Sales Tax Refund From NJ

Law360, New York (February 25, 2014, 3:54 PM EST) -- An AT&T Mobility Wireless LLC subsidiary can continue to pursue a $32 million sales tax refund from the New Jersey Division of Taxation after a state tax court said the division acted unreasonably by refusing to review the claim, according to an opinion released Tuesday.
