NYC Developers Claim Rent Control Rules Abuse Due Process

Law360, New York (February 25, 2014, 4:11 PM EST) -- A group of New York City developers launched a suit in Brooklyn court Monday against the state's Division of Housing and Community Renewal, claiming the agency's new rent stabilization rules are too extreme and its new Tenant Protection Unit violates landlords' due process rights.
