NJ Bill Would Extend Deadline For RE Incentive Program

Law360, New York (February 25, 2014, 6:01 PM EST) -- New Jersey lawmakers on Monday introduced legislation that would amend the Economic Opportunity Act of 2013 to give qualified residential projects under a key redevelopment incentive program three more years to submit local occupancy approvals, contending the current deadline is too restrictive.
