ING Gets Suit Claiming It Misled Seniors Trimmed

Law360, New York (February 26, 2014, 4:23 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday dismissed several claims in a proposed class action accusing ING USA Annuity and Life Insurance Co. of selling life insurance contracts to senior citizens that didn't pay out as promised, finding the purchasers could only sue over what was explicitly stated in the agreements.
