Law360, New York (March 6, 2014, 4:41 PM EST) -- More than a year after Superstorm Sandy pummeled the Northeast, suits challenging insurers’ coverage determinations barely dripped into the courts, leaving many perplexed. Law360 wrote just this past October that “the expected onslaught of coverage lawsuits from the storm has yet to materialize.” But the cases are now pouring in.
