Apple Loses Bid To Put Live Streaming IP Suit On Hold

Law360, Los Angeles (February 26, 2014, 3:42 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday denied Apple Inc.'s request to stay Emblaze Ltd.'s suit accusing it of infringing a live video streaming patent pending an upcoming U.S. Supreme Court decision in another patent infringement case, saying it is unclear whether the high court's ruling would substantially change Emblaze's case.
