Law Firm Loses Class Cert. Appeal in Courier Pricing Suit

Law360, San Francisco (February 26, 2014, 4:05 PM EST) -- A California appeals court Tuesday refused to revive a law firm's bid to certify a class action accusing ProCourier Inc. of disguising the true costs of its court-courier services, affirming a ruling that ProCourier's opt-out notice to customers didn't automatically prove there was a class.
