Lisa Kudrow Owes Former Manager $1.6M, Jury Says

Law360, Los Angeles (February 26, 2014, 7:44 PM EST) -- A California jury on Tuesday awarded $1.6 million to Lisa Kudrow’s former manager, finding the actress owed him a share of her profits from the hit television show “Friends” even after she fired him. 

The jury’s verdict granted Kudrow’s ex-manager Scott Howard over $1.6 million in residuals, according to Kudrow’s lawyer, based on an oral agreement to pay him for work he helped Kudrow land.

Kudrow’s attorney, Gerald L. Sauer of Sauer & Wagner LLP, vowed to appeal the decision.
