DuPont Sheds Antitrust Claims Over Dealer Discounts

Law360, New York (February 26, 2014, 6:48 PM EST) -- A Colorado federal judge on Wednesday dismissed antitrust allegations that DuPont Co. helped one auto paint wholesaler ruin another DuPont dealer, saying the manufacturer committed no antitrust violations by offering financial assistance to a competitor of JTS Choice Enterprises Inc.
