Raytheon Escapes Majority Of Warhead Trade Secrets Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (February 26, 2014, 8:23 PM EST) -- An Arizona federal judge on Tuesday gutted defense contractor Ordnance Technologies Inc.'s suit accusing Raytheon Co. of misappropriating trade secrets related to warhead designs, ruling most of Ordnance's claims are time-barred because it didn't file suit within three years after first notifying Raytheon of the alleged misappropriation.
