Philly Developer Pushes To Arbitrate Sheller's Condo Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (February 27, 2014, 5:26 PM EST) -- A prominent Philadelphia developer has told a state judge that a sales agreement for a luxury condominium purchased by the founder of plaintiffs firm Sheller PC mandated that the two sides arbitrate a pending lawsuit over plans to convert a part of Sheller’s building into a hotel.
