Ziff Davis' Ch. 11 Case Speeds Ahead

Law360, New York (March 28, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Less than a month after filing for Chapter 11 protection and promising a quick emergence, technology magazine publisher Ziff Davis Media Inc. has filed a reorganization plan and disclosure statement.

Under the plan, senior secured note claims, or Class 4 claims, will receive cash payments, new senior secured notes worth $50 million and 88.8% of the new common stock in the reorganized company.
