Nev. High Court Hands Win To Caesars Palace In Tax Dispute

Law360, Los Angeles (February 27, 2014, 6:35 PM EST) -- The Nevada Supreme Court has found that Caesars Palace and AEG Live LV LLC, which manages the casino's Colosseum live entertainment center, don't have to pay $800,000 in additional taxes for royalties paid by Ticketmaster Entertainment Inc. to AEG, saying in a ruling made public Thursday that the royalties are exempt from taxation.
