Calif. AG Floats Cybersecurity Guide To Combat Breaches

Law360, New York (February 28, 2014, 4:53 PM EST) -- California's attorney general on Thursday stepped up efforts to crack down on mounting data breach threats by issuing a guide urging businesses to take steps such as encrypting sensitive data and developing an incident response plan to protect against cyber intrusions.
