Law360, New York (February 28, 2014, 5:25 PM EST) -- Real estate investor Jacob Frydman and United Realty Partners LLC urged a New York state court Thursday to reject a bid by would-be investors in 866 United Nations Plaza to avoid arbitration and reargue a suit challenging fund transfers connected to the building’s $200 million sale.
