Justices Nix Appeal Over Pa., Texas Immigrant Rental Laws

Law360, New York (March 3, 2014, 2:00 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday said it would not consider whether a city in Pennsylvania and one in Texas are allowed to enact legislation preventing undocumented immigrants from renting property in their cities.
