Viacom, Disney Critical Of OECD Transfer Pricing Rules

Law360, New York (March 3, 2014, 2:10 PM EST) -- Viacom Inc. and The Walt Disney Co. are among several companies expressing concern over proposed transfer pricing rules being considered by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, saying in a letter released Monday that the plan could open up multinational corporations to unwarranted scrutiny from tax authorities.
