Protest Over $735M In Air Force Trucking Contracts Nixed

Law360, New York (March 3, 2014, 6:32 PM EST) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office has dismissed a protest by Afghan contractor Aria Target Logistics Services, saying the contractor couldn't protest its exclusion from $735 million in Air Force trucking contracts because it had been proposed for debarment.
