Ex-Prosecutor Joins Wiggin and Dana's White Collar Group

Law360, New York (March 3, 2014, 8:02 PM EST) -- A longtime federal prosecutor who handled a high-profile corruption case alleging Connecticut’s Office of the Treasurer was caught up in a pay-to-play scheme joined the New Haven and Hartford offices of Wiggin and Dana LLP on Monday as a partner in the firm's white collar practice group.

David Ring, who most recently served as in-house counsel for United Technologies Corp., conducting internal investigations and building an export compliance program, said he decided to go into private practice as a way of returning to litigation.
