Honeywell, Army Corps Urge Dismissal Of $79M Cleanup Suit

Law360, New York (March 4, 2014, 3:28 PM EST) -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and several companies, including Rio Tinto Minerals and Honeywell International Inc., urged a New Jersey federal court on Monday to dismiss a suit brought by NL Industries Inc. over $79 million in Superfund cleanup costs, arguing that the complaint was factually barren.
