Law360, New York (March 4, 2014, 2:35 PM EST) -- A New Jersey state judge on Tuesday said the borough of Cliffside Park violated the state's open public records laws by refusing North Jersey Media Group Inc. access to details of a settlement struck between the borough and its former police chief.
