Skanska Inks $126M Deal To Build Boston Seaport Towers

Law360, New York (March 4, 2014, 4:52 PM EST) -- The U.S. unit of Swedish construction giant Skanska AB said Monday it had signed a $126 million contract to build the two Watermark Seaport luxury residential towers in Boston’s burgeoning Seaport District.

Skanska will build the approximately 275,000-square-foot Watermark Seaport project, which features a six-story building and a 17-story residential tower. The Watermark Seaport boasts a total 346 luxury rental units and 25,000 square feet of retail space. Construction is expected to be completed by March 2016.
