Tetra Hit With Securities Class Action

Law360, New York (March 28, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Oil and gas services company Tetra Technologies Inc. and two of its top executives have been hit with a proposed class action accusing them of fraudulently inflating the value of the company's stock.
