DLA Joins Apple Defense As Emblaze IP Suit Heads to Trial

Law360, San Francisco (March 4, 2014, 8:07 PM EST) -- Apple Inc. has doubled its defense in Israeli software firm Emblaze Ltd.'s suit accusing the tech giant of infringing a streaming technology patent, adding a team of DLA Piper attorneys to its stable of Greenberg Traurig LLP counsel in the run-up to a June trial, according to court filings Friday.

DLA Piper attorneys Krista Anne Celentano, Mark Fowler, Erin Paige Gibson, Eduardo J. Blanco, John Allcock and Robert Chen Williams will pitch in on Apple's side, they noted in separate motions to appear.
